1. What types of infant clothes does Costumeshift offer? We specialize in clothing for newborns to 24 months, including:

  • Dresses, skirts & cardigans
  • Jackets, hoodies & outerwear

All items are designed for comfort, easy changing, and everyday cuteness. Check product pages for size charts and fabric details.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your infant clothes safe and gentle on baby skin? Yes! We use only soft, breathable, skin-friendly fabrics (organic cotton, bamboo, and OEKO-TEX certified materials where possible). All clothing is tag-free, has flat seams to prevent rubbing, and meets or exceeds U.S. safety standards (CPSIA compliant). We recommend washing new clothes before first use.

7. How do I care for the clothes?

  • Machine wash cold with like colors on gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry low or air dry to preserve softness and shape.
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to keep fabrics gentle on baby’s skin. Specific care instructions are included with each garment.
